Privacy Policy

Short version: SpotiURL has no accounts, and nothing you paste into any tool ever leaves your browser.

What We Don't Collect

• No accounts. SpotiURL has no sign-up, login, or user profiles.
• No tool data. Every tool on this site (converter, link cleaner, ID finder, embed generator) runs entirely client-side in your browser. The URLs and URIs you paste are never sent to, stored on, or logged by any server.

Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service, to count page views and tool usage in aggregate. Fathom does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and complies with GDPR, ePrivacy, PECR, and CCPA.

We also use PostHog for the same pageview and tool-usage counts. PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in a cookie so visits on the same browser can be grouped. It does not receive the URLs or URIs you paste, and session recording is off. We can see that someone converted a link; we never see who, or what the link was.

Outbound Links

Links to external sites (including our own related projects) may include UTM parameters so we can see, in aggregate, that a visit came from SpotiURL. External sites have their own privacy policies.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Netlify, which may log standard web server request data (such as IP addresses) for security and operational purposes. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
